Welcome to J&J Investment Art Alloy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jandjiaa.com and purchases from J&J Investment Art Alloy (“J&J,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
Our art alloy ingots are handcrafted collectible art pieces. Each ingot is unique and may display natural variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, weight, and appearance.
Product photographs are intended to show each item as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings, lighting, reflections, and the handcrafted nature of the products may affect how colors and finishes appear.
Unless a listing states otherwise, the buyer will receive the exact photographed ingot.
Collectible Nature and Disclaimer
Our art alloy ingots are sold as collectible artistic metal products. They are not financial products, securities, currency, or investment advice. We do not guarantee appreciation, resale value, metal value, or future market value.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable circumstances.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Because each product is generally one of a kind, availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully processed.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within five days after the order is confirmed. This processing period does not include carrier transit time.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
Final Sale—No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, appearance variations consistent with the product description, or changes in collectible or metal value.
This final-sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. If an item arrives damaged, is materially defective, or is not the item ordered, contact customersupport@jandjiaa.com promptly with the order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy when required.
Care and Use
Art alloy ingots are intended for display and collection. They are not toys, food-contact products, currency, or products intended for industrial, structural, medical, or safety-critical use.
Natural oxidation, tarnishing, fingerprints, scratches, or changes to the finish may occur through handling or environmental exposure. Customers are responsible for appropriate handling, storage, and display.
Website Content and Intellectual Property
The website and its original text, branding, graphics, product photographs, videos, and other content are owned by or licensed to J&J Investment Art Alloy and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, use automated systems to extract content without permission, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
